This research evaluates the cost and carbon effectiveness of thousands of energy efficient, low carbon options for the commercial,industrial, transport and domestic sectors. It generates league tables of the different measures that could be applied in different sectors, and it assesses the overall business case for investment in energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
